Photo restoration and colorizing
$75 an hour for restoration and colorizing, which includes on a CD: digitalized restored images, optimized versions of the restored images for web and computer viewing, scanned images of original photos.
Minor restoration work runs up to half an hour.
Moderate restoration work runs from thirty minutes to an hour.
Enhancement/manipulation repair times vary on the damage to the photo. Infrequently it exceeds two hours. Usually an hour and a half. Colorizing a photo may take longer, dependent on the detail involved. Once an extimate is given, however, if time taken exceeds the estimate then there is no further charge.
Photo scanning and archiving
For those interested in only archiving on CD of their images, with no restoration work, the fee is $10 a photo.
75% of the estimated fee is required up front, in check or money order. The remainder is due upon your approval of images posted to the web for your review.
A 10% discount applies to those requiring restoration and/or archiving of 10 to 20 images. A 20% discount applies to those requiring restoration and/or archiving of over 20 images.
